User Agreement between Portal PICOS GmbH and the User

Access to the Portal PICOS GmbH is granted to you on the condition that you accept the following terms without modification. Your use of the Portal PICOS GmbH constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

Language and Legal Validity

These Terms of Use are provided in English for convenience and reference purposes only. In case of any discrepancies or legal disputes, the German version of the Terms of Use shall be legally binding and take precedence.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, PICOS GmbH is only liable for the typical, foreseeable damage if this was caused by simple negligence, unless the claim for damages is due to injury to life, body, or health.

To the extent that liability of PICOS GmbH is excluded or limited under these terms of use, this also applies to the personal liability of its legal representatives, executives, and simple agents.
