PICOS-ProfileStatics - the program for the calculation of necessary moments of inertia for steel and aluminium profiles with given wind load, as well as for the calculation of this - project based - wind load after input of several parameters. A simple project management and a graphically supported profile selection are integrated. Even if this program cannot substitute a certification of static, you will get an idea of the required profiles in order to avoid under or oversizing, leading to lower quality, hazards or too high costs.
